Lanarkshire based Clyde Valley Drilling was one of ten Lanarkshire companies who walked away with awards for their achievements at a glittering awards event hosted by Scottish Enterprise Lanarkshire this week.

The successful drilling organisation faced stiff competition from major organisations and was delighted to walk away with the top award in the category, presented by TV personality Gabby Logan.

CVD have become one of the most successful and respected drilling companies in the UK since they launched ten years ago and the new IT system will ensure they continue to build and develop on a global basis.
The new system integrates financial systems, satellite tracking, and plant tracking software, job control and a bespoke CRM and task management system.

The company is also moving to new premises this month where facilities include training and conference departments. In house accredited NVQ Assessors and external trainers will be holding regular training seminars focusing on all areas of the business – all made so much easier with the new IT system.
