Established ten year’s ago by Managing Director Owen Barrett, CVD has a turnover of £5 million and a staff of seventy-five. The organisation moved to custom built £2 million headquarters at Eurocentral in April 2006, which were officially opened by HRH The Princess Royal.

CVD are a member of The Drilling and Sawing Association, and a CITB Accredited Training Centre.

In December 2004 CVD became an Investors In People site and in 2007 were accredited with Constructionline.
